Natasha has a flourishing career in condominium law and civil litigation. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Ottawa and was subsequently called to the Bar in 2021. Natasha returned to Deacon, Spears, Fedson + Montizambert as an associate after articling with the firm.
As a condominium resident herself, Natasha is keen on providing substantive and innovative solutions to her clients that are sensitive to the uniqueness of condominium living and governance while offering an informed perspective. She is committed to ensuring that her clients are well-advised for effective condominium operation in light of the changing nature of this industry.
Natasha regularly advises clients on their rights and obligations under the Condominium Act as well as on general issues of governance, shared facilities agreements, enforcement issues and the application of Rules and By-laws, and maintenance and repair issues, among other matters. She aims to passionately advocate for her clients and to resolve disputes with utmost efficiency and without resorting to litigation.
Outside of the office, Natasha enjoys travelling, strength training, and brunch dates.
