Lazar Ilic

Lazar has a growing practice in the areas of condominium law, civil litigation and estates law. Having earned his J.D from Western University, he was called to the bar in 2022. After articling with Deacon, Spears, Fedson + Montizambert, Lazar has returned as an associate with the firm.

With a focus on client service, Lazar advises clients on various aspects of condominium law with a view towards effective and efficient resolutions. He offers both condominium corporations and owners direction with respect to their rights and obligations under the Condominium Act, 1998, as well as the governing documents including declarations, by-laws, rules and shared facilities agreements.

By helping them understand all the available options, including alternative dispute resolution techniques, Lazar aims to advocate on behalf of our clients helping them understand all the options available. He is focused on ensuring clients resolve their matters in a way that is both meaningful and cost effective.

Outside of practicing law, Lazar spends his time playing golf, hockey and beach volleyball.
