Aric Mototsune

Aric has a developing practice in the areas of condominium law, litigation and dispute resolution, wills and estates, and business law. He obtained his LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of Sussex, where he received the Certificate of Excellence for Outstanding Contribution to the School of Law. Aric was called to the Bar in 2025 after completing the Law Practice Program and articling with Deacon, Spears, Fedson + Montizambert.

Aric advises clients on a range of condominium matters, including corporate governance, enforcement, and compliance with the Condominium Act, as well as disputes between corporations, owners, and residents. He brings a practical and solution-oriented approach to resolving legal issues efficiently and effectively, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients. He has also developed a strong interest in alternative dispute resolution and in helping clients reach fair, cost-effective resolutions without unnecessary litigation.

Outside of the office, Aric enjoys playing golf, hockey, and spending time with friends and family. Whenever he has the chance, he loves to travel and experience different places and cultures.
