Condominium Litigation + Dispute Resolution

In some disputes between a condominium corporation and a developer, an owner, or a neighbour, such as those relating to the developer's turnover of documents, or to an owner's compliance with the declaration, by-laws or rules, the value of a result can be intangible and difficult to quantify.  In others, such as a first-year deficit claim or a shared costs dispute under a reciprocal or shared facilities agreement, the value is easier to measure.
