Puja Walia

Puja is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario where she obtained her J.D. degree. She was called to the Bar in 2011. Puja’s practice focuses almost exclusively in the areas of civil litigation, condominium law and real estate law.

Puja has successfully advocated our clients’ cases in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, as well as before administrative tribunals such as the Landlord and Tenant Board and the Human Rights Tribunal.

In addition to litigation, Puja actively embraces her role as solicitor.  She regularly serves as an advisor to her condominium clients for general administration and other matters, including, the assessment of risks and liabilities, insurance claims, by-law and rule enforcement and maintenance and repair.
