Macrina Dirracolo

Macrina has a flourishing practice in the areas of condominium law, civil litigation and estates law. She obtained her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, and was subsequently called to the Bar in 2025. Macrina returned to Deacon, Spears, Fedson + Montizambert as an associate after articling with the firm.

Macrina is passionate about ensuring positive client experiences, and is ardent about producing results. She collaborates and works with clients to innovatively resolve issues, and bring about effective solutions. Macrina advises both owners and corporations on their rights and obligations under the Condominium Act, which include corporate governance, compliance and enforcement matters, and the application of Rules, By-Laws and Declarations.

As a proponent of accessible and innovative legal solutions, Macrina works to help clients understand all available options. Since law school, Macrina has garnered practical experience in alternative dispute resolution, and is dedicated to resolving client issues in a meaningful, cost-efficient and timely manner.

Outside of the office, Macrina enjoys reading, playing volleyball, and practicing yoga.
